Fulcro Insurance is the Puerto Rico representative of Professional Liability Agents Network (PLAN) since 1996. PLAN is a network of a select group of insurance agencies and brokers that specialize in risk management and loss prevention programs for architects, engineers and environmental consultants. PLAN member companies are based in the United States and Canada in addition to Puerto Rico.
